Hope Journey International, an empowerment project of Acting Hope NPO, provides women with opportunities to discover their own talents to initiate and manage their own community-based projects, in their respective countries, which is overseen by appointed country managers. They are currently active in the USA, Canada, the Philippines, Japan, Australia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Botswana, Namibia and South African provinces.
They compete for an international title that is awarded in Cape Town at the gala event on 29 November at the V&A Waterfront.

Every corner reflects authentic voices, vibrant creativity, and shared pride in African heritage, making each installation meaningful and inspiring.
We work with local crafters and makers to bring each installation to life. Every partner adds something unique, from skills development to NGO initiatives and enterprise support. And the heart of it all? Everything is sourced and made locally, celebrating talent across South Africa and the continent.
